Meeting Rooms At Newcastle Quayside
The hotel has three meeting rooms available for hire on a day-to-day basis. The Milvain and Parnell rooms are laid out in a boardroom configuration, and can accommodate eight people each. The Beckwith Suite is a versatile 55 sqm space, which can be used for a variety of seating layouts, including a 40 person theatre.
There are also three Meeting Spaces in our Newcastle Quayside hotel. These are on the Ground floor and can accommodate up to 8 people. Meeting Spaces are reservable tables in public areas of the hotel, they are not private meeting rooms.

Southbound: A1, A167(M), A186 Walker and Wallsend onto B1600 Quayside. Northbound: A1, A184, A189 crossing the river, 1st exit B1600 Quayside. Hotel is situated at the foot of the Tyne Bridge. In the same building as the Exchange.
Parking is available at the onsite car park underneath the hotel (30 spaces available). They can pre-book in advance through the hotel. It costs £7 for 24 hours parking.
They also have an on-street car parking bays surrounding the hotel which are monitored by Newcastle Council, these are £1.30 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours.
More parking is available at the Quayside Multi-Storey, which is 0.3 miles away. It's £6 for 24 hours or £1.30 per hour.
