Premier Meetings provides flexible meeting rooms in King’s Cross at our Premier Inn Hotel on York Way.
Just a few minutes’ walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, this venue is ideally situated for attendees travelling from London, throughout the UK, and even internationally.
We have a number of rooms of varying sizes with flexible seating plans available, plus overnight accommodation if required.
Flexible Meeting Room King’s Cross
Premier Meetings offers meetings rooms in King’s Cross available to rent for full or half days.
We have six meeting room options available:
1) The York - a 22.8 sqm space, which can be arrange in a boardroom layout for 12 people, or as a theatre for 10.
2) The Newcastle - a 16.9 sqm space, suitable for use as a boardroom for 8 people.
3) The Edinburgh - a 16.9 sqm space, laid out in a boardroom style for 6 people.
4) The Cardiff - a 46.1 sqm room, which can be set out in a variety of seating styles, including theatre, cabaret and boardroom, and can comfortably seat up to 25 people.
5) The Edinburgh and Newcastle combined - when the dividing wall is removed, we can create a large area suitable for a variety of seating configurations, with a capacity of up to 20 people.
6) The Cardiff and Newcastle combined - this creates our largest meeting space, which can seat up to 30 people depending on the layout selected.
Amenities And Facilities
At your request we can provide additional amenities such as a digital projector and a flipchart. We also offer catering services for breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
Visitors requiring overnight accommodation will find our hotel rooms are comfortable and well appointed. All guests are welcome in our Thyme restaurant where we serve a range of soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks and meals.

Situated on York Way, our meeting rooms in King’s Cross are ideally positioned for both King’s Cross and St Pancras train stations, just a few minutes’ walk away.
Attendees from across the UK can reach the meeting with ease. King’s Cross serves Peterborough, Cambridge, Hull, Leeds, York, Newcastle, and a number of towns and cities in Scotland, while St Pancras covers the East Midlands, Brighton, Bedford, Luton and Kent.
The Eurostar service runs from St Pancras, with high speed trains going to Paris, Brussels and Lille. International travellers arriving by air can travel by train direct from Gatwick airport to St Pancras in under an hour.
