A meeting room at Heathrow is a convenient location not just for delegates travelling by air, but also those travelling in by car and train, since Heathrow boasts excellent transport links.
The Bath Road Premier Inn offers more than a dozen meeting rooms at Heathrow, available to hire for full or partial days.
Meeting Rooms At Heathrow
The capacity of each room varies according to the layout selected. Most rooms will accommodate a boardroom, classroom and u-shaped seating style. Larger rooms can be arranged in a cabaret style, but the irregular positioning of tables reduces the room’s capacity. Most rooms can be arranged as a theatre, without any tables, and this achieves the maximum seating capacity.
The Heathrow Premier Inn has twenty meeting rooms:
1 & 3 - flexible 68 sqm space for 28 - 70 people.
2 - 46 sqm best suited to cabaret (32), boardroom (20) or theatre layout (50)
4 & 5 - boardrooms for 4 people.
6 - a 45 sqm room with capacity for 15 - 30 people
7 & 8 - suitable for 18 - 50 people
9 through to 19 - each room is approximately 22 sqm and accommodates around 20 people.
Grand Room - suitable for 60 people in cabaret people, or for use as a 120-seater theatre.
Getting To Our Heathrow Meeting Rooms Venue
Thanks to the transport network supporting Heathrow Airport, the meeting rooms at the Bath Road Premier Inn are easy to reach by road, rail or air.
The hotel is one mile from the airport, so delegates flying in should opt for a taxi transfer. The nearest Underground station is Hounslow on the Piccadilly line, and this is walking distance from the hotel. The Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes between Heathrow Central and London Paddington.
Delegates driving to the hotel should take the M4 eastbound at J15 of the M25, then head for the A4 Bath Road.
