Then look at the status bar under each room at that particular hotel to see if the space is available or not. When you find a room with the space you need, simply reserve it online.

Whatever your requirements for the day, Premier Meetings are happy to oblige. The seating layout can be changed in most rooms, so if you have a particular style in mind, please let us know in advance. We are also able to provide catering, and additional equipment upon request. If the venue you have selected has restricted parking availability, please contact the hotel in advance to discuss your group’s requirements. 

Since all Premier Meetings venues are Premier Inn hotels, they make the ideal meeting place for delegates travelling a long distance, needing a comfy place to stay overnight. All our hotels have an onsite restaurant which is available to guests and visitors throughout the day.
